[研究組簡(jiǎn)介]
病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組致力于開(kāi)發(fā)分析大規(guī)模基因組數(shù)據(jù)集的新方法，從歷史、功能、醫(yī)學(xué)、生態(tài)和進(jìn)化?的角度理解高度重組的細(xì)菌物種的遺傳變異的原因和后果。Daniel Falush教授畢業(yè)于劍橋大學(xué)和倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院，并曾在東京大學(xué)、馬克斯普朗克研究所(德國(guó))和牛津大學(xué)工作；在高影響期刊(Science、Nature、Nature Microbiology、PLoS Genetics、ELife)上發(fā)表了80多篇論文，并曾獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金資深外國(guó)學(xué)者人才資助等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)，自2019年以來(lái)，一直擔(dān)任課題組負(fù)責(zé)人。
The Statistical?Genomics?of Bacterial Pathogens Research Unit?develops new methods for analyzing large scale genomic datasets. We aim to understand the causes and consequences of genetic variation in highly recombining bacterial species from historical, functional, medical, ecological, and evolutionary perspectives. Prof. Falush graduated from University of Cambridge and University College London, and has worked at the University of Tokyo, the Max Planck Institute (Germany), and the University of Oxford. He has published more than 80 papers in high-impact journals (Science, Nature, Nature Microbiology, PLoS Genetics, ELife) and has been awarded, for example, an NSFC Senior Foreign Talent grant. He has been the group leader of The Unit of Statistical Genetics of Bacteria since 2019.
現(xiàn)因工作需要，病原菌定量基因組學(xué)研究組公開(kāi)招聘研究助理2人和博士后2人。入職后將在課題組長(zhǎng)指導(dǎo)下，參與國(guó)家重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃，開(kāi)展副溶血弧菌、幽門(mén)螺桿菌等重要病原菌的起源、進(jìn)化和致病機(jī)制研究?！?/p>
Our?Group is currently recruiting?one?two?research assistants?and two postdocs?due to the requirements of our work.?The selected candidate?will work under the guidance of the group leader, participating in a?MOST?project. The research will focus on the origin, evolution, and pathogenic mechanisms of important pathogens such as?Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Helicobacter pylori.

工作內(nèi)容：
（一）博士后（生物信息分析方向）Bioinformatician Postdoc
1.?大規(guī)模細(xì)菌的基因組、轉(zhuǎn)錄組等數(shù)據(jù)分析(large-scale genomic and transcriptomic data analysis)；
2.?比較基因組學(xué)、基因組流行病學(xué)分析(comparative genomic and genomic epidemiology analysis)；
3.?協(xié)助課題組長(zhǎng)完成其他科研相關(guān)工作(Assist the group leader in completing other related research tasks)。
（二）博士后（細(xì)菌分子機(jī)制研究方向）Bacterial Molecular Mechanism Postdoc
1.細(xì)菌菌株的培養(yǎng)和RNA-seq數(shù)據(jù)生成(Cultivation and RNA-seq data generation for bacterial strains)；
2.細(xì)菌的遺傳操縱和表型分析( Genetic manipulation and phenotypic analysis of bacteria)；
3.細(xì)菌致病分子機(jī)制研究(Bacterial pathogenic mechanism study)；
4.協(xié)助課題組長(zhǎng)完成其他科研相關(guān)工作(Assist the project leader to complete other scientific research related work)。
應(yīng)聘條件：
1.具有微生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)或流行病學(xué)等生物醫(yī)學(xué)博士學(xué)位（Possess a doctoral degree in biomedicine such as microbiology, molecular biology, and epidemiology)；
2.具有具有生物信息學(xué)背景或者細(xì)菌RNA-seq、遺傳操縱和致病機(jī)制背景優(yōu)先(Those with bacterial?bioinformatics or experimental background in RNA-seq, genetic manipulation and pathogenic mechanism are preferred)；
3.具備良好的英文閱讀和書(shū)寫(xiě)能力(Those are proficient in English reading and writing)；
4.為人誠(chéng)信，嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)踏實(shí)，富有較強(qiáng)的獨(dú)立工作能力、責(zé)任心和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神(Those are honest and careful, with?independent working ability, responsibility and strong team spirit)；
5.年齡不超過(guò)35歲(Under the age of 35)。
